The breakfast was very good, the kind that keeps you going for half day when you are sightseeing :) The location is very convenient: just in front of Gare du Midi and about 20 minutes walking to the Grand Place. The room was very big, which is a nice extra. The bed was comfortable.
I think the natural ventilation of the rooms should be better. I don't know if it was due to being on the first floor ( too close to the street) or not, but the smell was not very good when going out and returning to the room. I would appreciate having a real wardrobe instead of a hanger. Even when your clothes are clean, they get the room smell. The lights are not very good either. Whenever you take a shower, all the water gets into the floor outside the shower. I didn't like at all the fact that 20 euros/per day are charged into your credit card in case you make use of the bar or other facilities (and if you don't, you get them back)
Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was efficient. very good position for Eurostar.
Breakfast was a bit muddled, not enough staff. A bit of a long walk into the centre of Brussels.
Close to the station and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet.
The overall stay was very good. The only thing that let the hotel down was that the air conditioning in our room wasn't working, resulting in a room that was not comfortable to sleep in.
Really spacious room. British TV channels. Just across the road from the Eurostar.
