Pros (+) Poor rooms. Old. Not clean. In a bad neighborhood

Pros (+) Room has plenty of space, clean and tidy. Breakfast was awesome. The staff's were really friendly.

Pros (+) Good hotel - clean, fairly modern, very good value for money. Will be happy to stay again. Breakfast - good choice (cold cuts, bacon and eggs, cereals, juices, pastries - all good quality) Location - good, not very central but still only 20 min walk to Grand Place. Close to Midi station but no usual dodgy railway station surroundings whatsoever.
Cons (-) It was a bit cold in my room as the heater was weak - was ok for me but may be uncomfortable if the weather were colder
