It was a nightmare. Wasted $80 on Ubers to and from the airport and they told me they didn’t have a car for me. They should not make reservations if they are not actually reserving that car for you, it’s wrong.Reviewed 16 Mar 2025

The Budget rental was a great experience. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful and helped me get the paperwork taken care of. Every state has different rules and regulations which she understood and explained. The car had about 30 K miles so it had a ding or two that she pointed out to me without me having to closely inspect the car. It was a nice experience with very little stress. Thank you Upon return, the employee at the counter was helpful and pleasant. No questions with the return and was notified by E-mail that no issues were found when returning the car. Help with transportation to our final destination in Ft. Lauderdale. Thank you again for a pleasant experience.Reviewed 16 Mar 2025

The expérience was singular. The car was not ready and not cleaned. They offered another car for additional cash "cash only". When I refused, they said to take it "as is" or cancel my reservation. a little rude because I did not want to add extra cash.Reviewed 14 Mar 2025

When I got there, they took it up charge me for fuel that was for an electric car at about $50. I refused and then they told me I could upgrade to a standard vehicle for $10 more. I declined and I went online and canceled my reservation on the phone before hand Reserving a vehicle to rent from Columbus airport to Cleveland airport. It was totaled $49 and then I got the bill and it was $447 and I filled out the gas right before I dropped it off and then on my bill it shows that the tank was not full and they charged me $9.99.a gallon Now I must also mention that they gave me a dirty car inside and out and it smelled like marijuana, but I didn’t have time to deal with that. I must also say that they charge me a $300 one-way fee that was not disclosed at the time of purchase and I went over all the aspects of the contract that the size of the vehicle, the price insurance and everything with the agent at the gate before I picked up the car so they basically switched everything in the contract and said that that’s what I reserved and then I do a chargeback and I’m LosingReviewed 14 Mar 2025
