Pros:Bad service most unreliable in honoring reservations. On the evening of 5/22/2021 at approximately 1 pm , I was informed, the vehicle would not be available for pick up on 5/22/2021 @ 8 pm , instead I could pick it up on the following day @ 7 am. My reservation was for a pick up truck, they were offering me a mid sized SUV which would not serve my purpose. It caused me delay and inconvenience and additional expenses renting from another company for a pick up truck at short notice.Cons:Compensation for dishonor of reservation and additional expensesReviewed 29 May 2021

Pros:Staff was a bit rude at pick up. I think he was having a bad day and didn't like that I used a 3rd party site. They only had a Tacoma instead of an economy car but it was fun to drive a truck.Cons:Bakersfield is small and i didnt really understand how their rental worked.
