I got a flat tire while driving in the countryside of Ireland. There wasn't a spare tire in the car. I had to call a tow truck which towed me to the nearest town where I had to wait over night until the shop opened up. When I returned the car I tried to ask for a refund for the new tire I had to buy and the man told me it was my fault the tire blew and that because I didn't buy extra insurance the cost of the tire was my responsibility. Be careful when renting from Budget. It's not a car rental agency so much as it is a used car lot. Once you've left with their car they stop providing any service unless its to take more of your money when you return it.Reviewed 10 Jul. 2022

Pros:Good value for money. Nice car to drive (SEAT Ibiza) Helpful staff at pick up compound.Cons:Waiting 20 mins at pick up desk. Salespersons attitude to my having own excess insurance cover.
