Website easy to use for last-minute rental. No waiting at pickup or dropoff. Charged for 1.5 gallons even though filled up half mile before dropoff. Customer service removed charge, they say. Budget list the reservation due to unprofessional and rude representatives. It is unnecessary to lie to a customer about pricing, to send me to a Spanish speaking representative when I asked for a supervisor and for a supervisor to have a nonchalant, uncaring and belittling attitude!Reviewed 27 Nov. 2021
