Upon getting to the budget counter and begin the rental papers with them, the price went from $149 for the weekend like kayak said to $376. Will never use either kayak or budget ever again.Reviewed 26 Feb. 2024

Customer service at pick-up was great. However, the vehicle indicated the oil needed to be changed as soon as possible. I have also been charged a refuel fee, which is erroneous.Reviewed 22 Dec. 2023

Pros:Bottom line is the third party insurance I bought through KAYAK was not in the agreement at the airport, nor could I locate it on KAYAK emails or find a contact to answer the simple question if I had coverage on the reservation. I ended up purchasing both policies because I couldn’t find the 3rd party verification. I doubt I will ever buy insurance from KAYAK 3rd party again because of the inability to access help on a simple question when I needed it. Heaven forbid if I ever needed to collect on it.Cons:All chargers should be printed on all documents and you should not have to go on a 20 minute scavenger hunt to find help.Reviewed 7 Dec. 2020

Rental of Mustang ConvertiblePros:Rental process was essentially effortless, staff were well mannered and very helpful. Car was fun to drive and made for a great weekend.Cons:Nothing except the rear passenger tire had a slow puncture so the low tire alert went off as soon as I started up the car. I had to get on road so put air on it as soon as I was able. It had to be inflated quite a few times throughout the rental. I called the roadside asssit, they came out to put the spare tire on, but that would not work as I had to travel over 500 miles. It would have been nice to have got it fixed properly but we made do.Reviewed 30 Oct. 2017

Bentonville to Austin Car RentalPros:Easy to make reservation one day before needing and for a one-way trip. They also had the most reasonable prices for this trip. We wanted a standard size car and they had a minivan which worked well.Cons:Having to drop the vehicle off at Austin Bergstrom Int'l Airport which is an hour each way from our house. No fun at end of 500+ mile trip.Reviewed 13 Apr. 2017
