Traveled to stated rental address and it was abandoned. Traveled to another Budget location and it was abandoned as well. Called Budget 800 number who said their website was not updated and to travel to Tampa Airport - 1 hour away. I said I am done and disgusted with Budget and to cancel my reservation. The Budget Operator said they cannot cancel on this line but for me to call another 800 number - NO THANKS - I'M DONE WITH BUDGET>Reviewed 6 Dec. 2022

Nothing, I was told I couldn't have the rental because my credit score wasn't high enough to use my debit card and my credit card didn't have a free $453 for the rental. I was never greeted kindly, I was never told anything about the fees or cost both my credit card and my debit card were run, when I got upset I was told to move out the qay with the other lady, experiencing the same issues so she could help the other people.Reviewed 20 Sep. 2022

Pros:The local agency was closed when we arrived and we were not able to pick up our car. The next day they did not honor the price that we had reserved the car for so we did not rent from them. Went to Enterprise instead and had a much better experience.Reviewed 19 Nov. 2020

Smooth rentalPros:Everything went as good as could be expected - car was ready, drove well, plenty of space for our stuff we took along, drop off no problems.Cons:Found out full size cars get less highway gas mileage! However, on the 50 mph roads it did much better -- interesting.Reviewed 1 Nov. 2018

Not GoodPros:There were no cars available at the time agreed. The only car available was a Camaro with gas slightly above "empty". This car consumed a lot of gas practically 50 percent more than normal. Not very comfortable!Cons:The whole experience was uncomfortable.Reviewed 28 Jun. 2017
