Not all charges explained by KayakCons:Kayak did not disclose that Budget car rentals charges users per km after a very low free distance allowance. This can easily double or triple the charges upon returning the car. Kayak should disclose these hidden fees when displaying the options.Reviewed 12 Jul. 2016
