Biggest issue was that they charged my card 200,00 deposit without saying anything. My rental was 370.00 and they put 570.00 on my card when I picked it up and again when I returned it. Now I have to check my statement and make sure that no only did I get my two hundred back, that they did not charge me twice.Reviewed 22 Feb. 2023

The Fort Wayne IN airport needs designated signs where you can and cannot park during construction when picking up your rental car. The officer there, Scott Adam, was very rude to us. The staff at the car rental place were efficient and did a good job. Otherwise, a good experience.Reviewed 10 Oct. 2021

We had a reservation. Car was ready when we arrived and the return was a very easy procedure. They had cars to rent when everyone else in a 20 mile radius of the airport were out of inventory. Would definitely use again.Reviewed 18 Jul. 2021

Pros:NothingCons:Despite my confirmed reservation, the Budget counter was CLOSED upon my arrival. I could not get my car. Neighboring agency counter said, "they keep odd hours". Will never use them again, anywhere.Reviewed 11 May 2021
