The cost of the refueling charge is out of line with current fuel pricing. And at Bradley/Hartford the distance from the terminal to the actual car rental front desk is too far without a shuttle when you have luggage. The directional signage is poor; for first time travelers at this location.Reviewed 9 May 2023

When I arrived to pick up my rental there were 5 people in front of me all waiting for their rentals. I was told there were no rentals at that time and I would have to wait until the clerk’s supervisor called and told her what to do. She had no idea when I would get my rental. I left there with a Ford Explorer which is a far cry from a Kia compact at about 3:30 pm. I waited 21/2 hrs for that. The clerk was efficient, but the wait and the fact that there was no car waiting was inexcusable as I had a reservation. Why did I reserve a rental at all ?Reviewed 11 Oct. 2022

I called the 800 number to ask if I can drop the keys at the leibert rd Hartford CT they said service it’s not available at this location. I found out that is available when I returned the car on Monday morning.Reviewed 20 Sep. 2022

Pros:Decent car and decent drop off experience.Cons:Upon pickup in Hartford, the employee was very unwilling to review scratches and damage prior to the trip and there was a lot. Employees were using vulgar raciest language with each other directly in the presence of several customers. Generally, terrible pickup location in an unsafe neighborhood.Reviewed 29 Sep. 2019

Pros:Did not pick up car I specifcally explained a Bradley air port area pick up and when I got to Bradley to pick up the car I was told the pick up was in Hartford the rental at the airport cost me $450 dollars more. Very unhappyReviewed 10 Jul. 2019

Pros:Good car, clean, well maintained. Friendly, efficient staff.Cons:Not enough staff at the Liebert Road site. When I picked the car up there was a thunderstorm coming up, and one poor fellow had to deal with a line of people impatient to get going, another line of people wanting to return, as well as the necessary inspections of outgoing and incoming vehicles. He should never have had to do this alone. That said, he did a great job considering the circumstances.Reviewed 7 Aug. 2018
