Reserved vehicle was not available. Reserved a full size SUV and tried to give us a minivan to drive Montanas back roads. Ended up getting a small pickup which ended up fine. This after calling 3 times the week before to confirm they would have my vehicle. Vehicle was not cleaned very well both inside and outside. Staff was friendly though and pickup and drop off was smooth as well.Reviewed 13 Jul. 2021

Poor experiencePros:Car was availableCons:Car was not clean, tires out of balance making 1400 mile trip like driving on washboard, no washer fluid, found in bad weather, windows and mirrors badly stained in hard water spots, difficult to use in night driving. This was second car, first car issued had bald tires...refused for safety.Reviewed 5 Oct. 2018

Easy check-in; needed some details consideredPros:Our vehicle was available even though we arrived late. The process for pick-up was easy and the staff person, helpful.Cons:Details in cleaning were missed, a few papers from previous renters still in the car..no windshield fluid was in the vehicle. This made for a few extra stops to clean the windshield due to the bugs!Reviewed 10 Jul. 2018
