Pros:Unhelpful staff, disorganized and rude.Cons:Car wasnt ready, rental process was too long and tedious, couldnt rent for 24 hrs as normal, because office was closed next day for elections. Understand that is a holiday, but they need to make accommodations and plan ahead for this instead of telling customers they need to return the car in 5 hrs.Reviewed 9 Apr. 2019
