There is a fundamental problem in the car rental industry that makes it impossible for a customer to specify a feature that the vehicle must have to fit their need. If one were to take a road trip with a rental veh, adaptive cruise control is a game changer, not just for convenience, but to minimize the pain of locking my previously injured ankle in one position for hours at a time. Budget's rep tried but failed to find a veh that fit my needs, even though just weeks earlier I had rented two different vehicles from them that did have the feature, so I know they are in the fleet.Reviewed 14 Mar 2024

The vehicle itself was the only complaint. It was a nice vehicle but the windshield washers did not work. The dash said it was out of fluid so i bought some to fill it but it was full, but still did not work. Also, the rain sensing wipers were not working. Worst of all is that the front tires were worn of the edge, which makes it hard to turn in the snow that we had during the time i had the vehicle.Reviewed 22 Jan 2024
