Oversold nightmarePros:We went to Kahului accidentally and reservation was in Lahaina. The agent was able to accomodate our reservation in Kahului.Cons:The shuttle line from the airport was 1 hr. Long. We waited outside in the heat for another 45 min. on a list just to go inside. Then another 45 min. inside in line to meet an agent. Fortunately, our car was ready, but some folks were waiting another 45 min. For the car to be cleaned. We saw elderly people and pregnant women outside in the heat of mid afternoon. Disgraceful!Reviewed 26 Mar. 2018
