Cons:The rental counter was closed when our flight arrived. Our reservation was for 8pm. Rental counter closes at 7...on a Friday night...when there were reservations and flights still coming in. Poor practice to operate like this. We were only one of many from our flight in the same situation. We had to cab to the hotel and back again in the morning. There was also no snow brush/scraper in the car which was covered in snow and ice when we we picked up the car the next day. The car smelled of heavy smoke.
