I selected a compact car. I got a pick up truck. Gas mileage was terrible. It cost me double for gas. Not a good deal. Drop off at airport was a mess. No one at drop off point, and no instructions as to where to leave the truck. I had to guess what to do, after spending entirely too much time before my flight in the rental parking lot. I was charged 500 dollars for a 24 hour rental. I picked up the car in Leesburg Fla and drove to Ft Meyers airport. The car was returned in less than 8 hours and I was charged and extra 400 dollars to drop it off at a different location. I could not understand the representative because her English was terrible. Use a different rental company. My airfare roundtrip from NY was cheaper than the car!!!!!Reviewed 9 Mar. 2023

Cons:I followed the directions in the message sent to my iPhone calendar from budget or kayak, I don’t know exactly where it came from but it directed me to return the car between 12 and 1 on September 10. So I pull up at 12:30 on September 9 trying to save a days fees which the girl in Leesburg told me was not going to happen. She told me to bring it back at the same time the next day.so I go rolling in at 12:30 on the 10th, the guy there had been there on the 9th but the nice girl wasn’t there. He didn’t seem to care for me too much, he took the keys moved the vehicle came back in and took my paperwork closed out the rental and then said you’re late so I’ve added 57.00 dollars to your bill.
