1 - there was no car at location when I arrived there. 2 - I had to go to another location which also had no car even though they arranged for me to go pick up at this second location. 3 - Agent finally offered a car that had not been cleaned 4 - I had to go to a cleaner where I spent $50.00+ to clean the car.Reviewed 8 Nov. 2021

Pros:Overall rental experience was good. The staff was really good and helpful with the information.Cons:It was overpriced. Instead of LDW, it would have been good to have a comprehensive insurance for the rental period. If i would have gone through the budget site, I might have got a discount as well.Reviewed 6 Apr. 2021

Refreshingly efficientPros:The owners/managers didn't pressure pitch unwanted add ons like damage/liability insurance, gps, etc. They simply asked if I read the options which I did and declined and that was that - no hype. The Ford Escape was immaculate and perfect for wedding guest transport from airports. They spoke perfect english, courteous and helpful with directions - I will use them again.Reviewed 24 Oct. 2016
