Rented to someone elseCons:Was unable to rent the car due to being unaware of 2 hour window to pick up car- the car was rented to someone else when I went to pick it up. I received a call the week prior to confirm the rental- I would have appreciated a heads up or a call to verify my rental before it was given to someone else. Customer should be made aware of this 2 hour rule at time of reservation!Reviewed 27 Jun. 2017
