Pros:NothingCons:They could have honored my reservation. It's was cancelled while I was on my way to Colombia with no explanation or warning. When I talked with them, they were of absolutely NO HELP. Could not explain who canceled or for what reason. TERRIBLE customer service. Will not use them again. And will think twice before booking thru you!!Reviewed 5 Apr. 2021

Didn't say clearly about 1000 usd deposit!Pros:Wow! That should be clearly stated and in bold print! Who rents a car with a 1000 usd deposit for 2 days??!Cons:Really deceptive advertising on the part of budget rentacar and kayak! I am really unhappy with this and will probably never use kayak again. I always use kayak and now won't.Reviewed 27 Jul. 2017
