The first car we got was infested with ants. We had to return it for another one. That car wasn’t the cleanest, but at least it wasn’t infested with ants. The girl at the check in desk was super nice and accommodating. I just wish budget would clean the inside of their cars between customers.Reviewed 14 May 2023

Pros:the woman at the counter was very nice and pretty efficient. Drop off was quick and easy as wellCons:They didn't honor the price that I was quoted. It should have been $165 and instead they charged me. about $30 more. Said some baloney about the airport fees not being added in. The price said it already included taxes and fees. When you are standing at the check out counter needing your car, they have you over a barrel. I'm sure that that is their plan. What can you do? You have to have a car, you are in a city that is not your hometown and you have no choice but to pay. Not a very honest way to conduct businessReviewed 30 May 2021

Pros:The pick up location was the airport. Their system said it was on the other side of town.
