Information online is not truePros:Car was good.Cons:They close at 5pm although online it says they close at 11pm. Had to figure out how to call the company to get the car since my rental agreement was for 8pm and no one was there. Took them 30 min to get someone to show up. Needed a mandatory $1000 deposit for every customer no exceptions! Did NOT state that up front or online. Very misleading.Reviewed 3 Jan. 2018

They didn't have car or honor reservation.Cons:Wasted day at airport. No staffing. No cars. Said reservation must be made a week in advance and clear through Prauge. Budget is off my list.Reviewed 6 Nov. 2015
