They took the car back in the middle of traveling due to the loss of driver license by theft. Ruined travel, high fine and penalties with no response. Rent at Paris but taken at Milan, Italy. Really no complaint. We would only rent a small car in Europe due to tight road and tight parking when driving around. So we cannot complain about the lack of power that a small vehicle has. In any case the small Toyota performed fine. Budget - through Avis - was nothing exceptionally helpful nor do we have any complaints in particularReviewed 1 Oct. 2022

Pros:The staff did exchange our car for us when we brought it back after a day because it had a piece of the window missing.Cons:Staff was incredibly slow at pick-up. Plus, when we switched out our car they didn't carry over our satellite navigation that we originally booked, but we didn't want to wait another hour to try and get them to switch it.Reviewed 18 Sep. 2019

Cons:First i waited 90 min. for the car. Then the car was dirty. Poor motor power. It costed also much more that í had expected. When booked it said 1635 EUR for 11 days, but í was charged 2.370 EUR. Pros:Nothing.Cons:Rental desk was absolute chaos. No one had a car ready for them, and waiting 45 minutes for reserved cars led to a lot of frustration.
