I was charged for a car wash. The car was dusty when returned but nothing out of the ordinary. When renting it was not easy to discover that the road tolls outside of Santiago were not included and that there was a 25% markup on the automatically read tolls. There was also an unexpected admin charge. So the daily rate for the car was artificially low. The car was new and quite luxurious for the class, opel Corsa, but the clutch was iffy even though the car had only 13000 kms on it.Reviewed 2 Apr. 2023

Everything was ok, until our rental broke down due to electrical problem and stopped on a busy street. We waited for more than 3 hours for the tow truck to take the car and another 2 hours+ plus call back to the USA for the replacement car due to language problem. We ended up not pick up the replacement because it’s on the other side of the town and op for refund. In all fairness the local car rental company do whatever in their power to smooth down the situation but not effective.Reviewed 3 Mar. 2023

Pros:Tried to pick up the car early was told I had to wait hours until noon then was told at noon nothing was available and then they were going to downgrade the car so it would be cheaper I said I didn’t want the insurance they insisted and it was double the price. Deceptive business practicesPros:Car itself drove fine, although one side had major body damage that had not been fixed.Cons:The total cost was nearly 40% more than the quoted price. Although the booking indicated that the final cost included various fees and taxes, they took that cost as the base and added additional taxes/fees. They had two versions of the rental contract, one showing the lower online price, and another for the actual cost. They would not honor the online price.Reviewed 31 Dec. 2017

terrible customer serviceCons:Car ordered was not available. Told Kia would be swapped for the ordered mustang. No upgrade or discount offered.
