Customer personnel were great. The interior windows were dirty and hard to see out of when we arrived in the fog. The vehicle had a few more dents and dings than on the original sheet.Reviewed 28 Dec. 2023

Pros:Made a reservation over the phone in Texas. That was pretty easy.Cons:No cars were available. Why take a reservation if there are no cars available?Reviewed 3 Jun. 2019

Cons:Car had a bulge in the tire. Noticed it when I pulled into a gas station to clean the windshield which was bug spotted. Called and they said don't return it, call Roadside Assistance. No other cars local so they had me drive to another city. That location rented the car they told me was saved for me so I ended up in a Mitubishi Lancer - which is no Mustang.Reviewed 10 Dec. 2017
