Below averagePros:Lady at drop off was really nice and a pleasure to work with in West AllisCons:Payed for impala got a Cruze. Extremely low tire pressure. Had to take time to properly inflate. Pros:The car itself was fine, even though it was clear that someone had smoked in it at some point.Cons:I should have looked at the paperwork more carefully, to be sure, but the tank was only 3/4 full when we got the car and the rental agreement said that it was full, so I had to fill the tank. This was an irritating waste of money, as I'd barely used two gallons of fuel.Reviewed 10 Apr. 2017

Serviceable but Reeked of Cigarette SmokePros:The was a fairly quick pick-up at the airport with no major complications, though the customer service agent was a little curt. The car worked as promised, though I did think it would have cruise control and it did not.Cons:This car was very stinky, clearly one that a lot of cigarettes had been smoked in. After driving for an hour to my destination, then three hours to another, my clothes and luggage already reeked and I was getting a headache. Budget should notify regarding which cars are smoking vs. non-smoking and make that a selectable option for customers.Reviewed 29 Oct. 2016

Great service, affordable pricePros:We were snowed in in Iowa, our flight cancelled. Budget not only had a terrific car available---amazing, given the number of cancelled flights--but available at a reasonable price. No worries about them jacking up the price to take advantage of us stranded travelers! Also their counter person in Waterloo was very kind and helpful to us. We are grateful and will stick with Budget in the future!Reviewed 1 Jan. 2016

Employee made me uncomfortable.Pros:Return was very easy.Cons:Some random guy standing out front of the car rental booth, claiming to be budget employee, saying, Give me the keys. No Shirt, no name tag, no offer to look at the car, no receipt. Seemed very sketchy.Reviewed 7 Dec. 2015
