DisappointedPros:We expected a Ford Escape but received a Nissan Murano. Very nice vehicle for our trip.Cons:The previous renter smoked in the car even tho they have a non-smoking policy. The car was not detailed and had gunk in the cup holders, etc. The insurance was horrid - $30 extra per day. We paid a few dollars more than what Kayak said, but the insurance was a joke. I'll never rent from Avis again ever.Reviewed 19 Jun. 2017
