Pros (+) The location is great, and the facilities are beautiful. The employees were extremely kind and helpful.
Cons (-) For the price, it would have been nice to not feel like I had been charged for everything. Coffee in the room should be covered at the very least.

Pros (+) This resort is close to everything - Medano Beach and CSL. Has at least 6-8 restaurant and bar choices with their owned restaurants on the marina all less than a minute's walk. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed several times and each time they have another upgrade - new gym, additional bars/restaurants and new children's pool and play area.
Cons (-) The pool layout is a little unusual and probably not good for non-swimmers. Just added a new pool area for kids that should help this a lot.

Pros (+) The Hotel Mgr re- accommodated us at sister Hotel 20 mins out of town .
Cons (-) The fact that booking through a second party (LIke Kayak) Gave me no priority or power in securing my room on a busy weekend out of the country . They basically told me my reservation couldn't be honored as soon as I walked in ???!!!!!

Pros (+) Relocated to a nicer pool/marina view suite with a terrific location.
Cons (-) First suite was unsatisfactory -- not a nautical view as advertised, and next to garbage machine? or other heavy equipment, very noisy all night. I would avoid "nautical jr suite" and pick at least a deluxe junior, it's much much nicer.
