The bed was super comfortable and the cleanliness exceeded all expectations. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends.
The lack staff in case of an emergency.
location; cleanliness; easy access. Good organization.
TV was not working, but this was incidental for temporary local technical issue. NOT a major problem.
The location was good, a few minutes' walk from Cambridge railway station. Little else that I liked about the room. I suppose you get what you pay for in an expensive city. Easy enough to find.
The hotel seemed like a house converted into rooms. Floor was creaky. Doors banged and walls were thin. The room itself was in front of a parking area, so lots of people walking/shouting/talking. Windows were thin and did not seem very secure. A bit of the window had laced curtain only, which was a bit odd considering people can see through. The bathroom was aged. Showerhead was broken, very noisy toilet, dim amber light and felt damp. Tiny table in the room barely fitting a laptop.
It was clean but basic
TV didn't work
It is central location super close to the train station. Temperature control in the room was quite good. That’s pretty much about it.
No human interaction checking in and out. It is an old building with several rooms. You could hear conversations in the hallway. The shower stand was old and rusty. Tap was leaking. Toilet papers could be supplied more. No breakfast as well but it is told while reserving the property. The cleaning staff knocked on the door around 10.15 to check out despite instructions on booking which was 11.00 so we had to rush. Good for a night stay. Would not recommend more.
