Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and comfortable atmosphere, making it a good choice for both business and leisure stays. However, several guests reported issues with service, such as unhelpful staff, slow check-in, and lack of compassion in special circumstances. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, especially regarding housekeeping and public bathrooms. The breakfast quality and variety received criticism, though some guests enjoyed the food. Overall, the hotel is valued for its staff and cleanliness, but improvements in service consistency and housekeeping are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
