Cons: The toilet in our room would flush effectively so we couldn't user it. The hotel was unable to get maintenance to fix it till after we checked out. Since we booked our hotel through kayak, the hotel stars they could refund our stay our discount the price, which they wanted to do. So they tried to make it right with our choice of items from the snack area. I would have preferred a monetary reimbursement.

Pros: The staff, everyone I encountered, was great! The location was convenient with many nice restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. It is a very new area and felt afluent and safe. We had an issue with a run-flat tire on our car while we were guests, and the staff was helpful in suggesting tire dealers, AAA services nearby and were willing to give us a late checkout if we had required it. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Not downtown. With traffic we had about a 30 minute drive to the Spectrum Center.
