Staff did not care about giving me a clean car. After I left, I called to report smoke issues with AC use and car stalling at times. Bad gas? No remedy was offered. When I got to the airport, Hertz was not even there to do my return. My car agent n vet discussed my plans at all The worst car rental ever. Maybe I should have gone through the Airport rental instead of private franchise. I put 4 calls into Hertz to help me...Cons:
