Pros:Staff was good when I dropped off and understanding of my issue. They further discounted the rental for me to compensate for the inconvenience.Cons:The car was not cleaned well when I picked up. There was a lot of dirt and mud around the exterior crevices and door jambs as if the truck was taken off road by the previous renter. Windows inside were filthy and there was no window washer solvent left. Dash was also dusty.Reviewed 13 Jul. 2019

Lady at desk was great, buuuuut...Pros:The lady at the desk was great and made every effort to get us or car at the quoted price. However, we haven't rented a car in years and we're not familiar with the details. She was very polite despite our frustrations and was very professional.Cons:I booked the car with a debit card but apparently you can't rent a car with a debit card without a credit check and paying extra. This should have been stated when I made my reservation. We brought a credit card but it was in my wife's old name and so we couldn't use it since it didn't match her licence. At the nice desk ladies suggestion, we tried to find a different ID with her old name on it but she didn't bring her whole purse on this trip. It was very frustrating. I had to get a ride to pick up the car and then my wife had to uber back up there with her credit card only to be told that wouldn't work as well. This could have been solved at the reservation point easily by stating you need a matching licence and credit card to book the car in the first place. Very disappointing.Reviewed 7 May 2018

Ripped me off!Cons:Charged me double the rate I made the reservation for. i never should have been required to pay outrageous rate that didn't match the reservation. If I wasn't in need of quickly getting to my destination, I would have walked away from the pickup counter and used a different company.Reviewed 20 Aug. 2017

Didn't have a carPros:The guy at the counter was professional and he tried to help me find a car with another agency.Cons:I arrived at the airport and they didn't have a car to rent. The guy was professional but he did the company didn't provide him with a car.Reviewed 21 Jul. 2017

Car was fine, pickup was not.Pros:The car itself was great.Cons:When I went to pick up, initially the employee told me my reservation had been canceled and she tried to call me but got no answer. I made the reservation several days in advance. Eventually we found out that she had me mixed up with someone else. Then she asked me if I could come back a day earlier than I had reserved the car for?? I could not, I made the reservation based on my vacation dates. She ended up giving me a van vs. the Compact SUV which was fine. I waited about 30 minutes for them to clean it (I didn't know when I agreed to the van that it would cost me extra time.) The actual car was fine, it was the incompetent workers that gave this a bad rate.Reviewed 16 Jun. 2017

Watch out for last minutes fees!!!Pros:Got a vehicle upgrade although I would have preferred what I asked for at the price negotiated.Cons:Original estimate was $84 for 4 days. Expected an extra $25/day as the driver is under 25 years old. Walked out with a bill for $381 for 4 days. Extra fees and required insurance because the rental was paid for with am debit card.
