Pros:Staff was friendly.
Cons:Needed pickup truck with 8' bed. Called a month before pickup and confirmed with local Enterprise staff that truck rented would have 8' bed. After I drove 65 miles to pickup the rental, was told Enterprise does not rent pickups with 8' beds, only 6 1/2'. Forced to rent Uhaul truck for twice the price. Nothing on Kayak or Enterprise website which discloses bed length. Only way to verify is to call. Bad experience.

Pros:This is the BEST ENTERPRISE and car rental in Miami !!!! I have tried four or five. They are so Efficient and have the Best Prices (of any Enterprise) and the Best Service!!!! Connor and Jonathan (and all staff)treated me like they cared. Definitely NOT A RIP-OFF car rental like Sixt (criminals) which LIE and charge for problems that were never there AFTER you turn the car in!! I always go out of my way to use the PERRINE ENTERPRISE !!! don't forget 3mi. FREE Pick-up and return!!!
Cons:Absolutely nothing could have been better ...they went out of their way to find a car that was good for me. And compare prices they are the best even with other Enterprise offices!

Cons:My car smelled like cigarette smoke. When I called the Homestead office they said that the Miami office would give me some credit. When I dropped the car at Miami they said they couldn't because it was a closed ticket that only Miami could fix. I called aMismi AGAIN and they did nothing to rectify the. Never had such poor service from Enterprise EVER!!
Cons:As soon as I made the reservation I called the local office to confirm availablility and that the car would be dropped off when I arrived at the local airport. The agent confirmed at that time. I then called again the day I flew in to confirm that morning. Again the appointment was confirmed. So I get there, and call the office to have them drop the car off as discussed. The agent that answered this time was the most arrogant unhelpful person I have ever dealt with. Furthermore he flat out refused to bring us the car we had reserved, stating that the reservation was not valid for dropping off the car, even though I have the other reps stating this would be done on recorded phone calls. He ended up hanging up on us claiming that he was the manager of the store and that he couldn't get in trouble for ignoring our reservation. Needless to say I won't be booking a car via kayak / enterprise again! Fortunately the airport manager let us borrow a car for the day, or we would have been stranded!! I think I will make a little YouTube video out of this cat and his complete disregard for his customers. Maybe make a shortcut link to it out of something like enterprisecarshomestead.com.
Pros:The gentlemen working the desk did a good job of making sure I left the pickup location happy.
Cons:The truck I requested was not there at my scheduled pickup time and was told it would be at least four hours before it might arrive. The car I ended up getting was dirty, as were all the cars on the lot. Fourth-five minutes into my drive the low oil light came on and when I stopped to check it it was a quart low. Last thing was I rented the SunPass and after a quick search was able to locate it in the bottom of the glove box but it would not stick to the window so I had to lay it up in the dash. I’m hoping all the toll stations picked up on it so I don’t get toll by plate charges

Cons:I made a reservation online and when I called to let them know I was on my way then they had given my vehicle to someone else and had nothing left for me. So making the reservationwas a waste of time. Also the guy who answered at the CUTLER BAY 9828 SW 184TH STREET in the MIAMI location was very very rude, unprofessional and kept talking over me saying "call corporate. Call corporate. I already told you, call corporate" Never again. Really Bad experience
Pros:When we arrived they did have a long line, however, the line did love rather quickly and the process to rent a vehicle was rather short. The car was cleaned and was given a free upgrade without the representative trying to sale is an upgrade to avoid a longer wait. She was absolutely great as she made the process seamless.
Cons:Policies-tolls: Sunpass cost, they charge you a daily fee for Sunpass in addition to the cost of tolls.
Cons:Customer Service Rep in the counter tried to up sell insurance. But he was using fraudulent techniques. He indicated a rate of $7 per day but the documentation he wanted to sign indicated $14.50 per day. I understand the profit nature of the business but that is not the ethical way to conduct business.
Pros:Car was ready and the type requested.
Cons:I specifically asked about bringing it back early .but perhaps 2 hours after pick up time. Was told it would be "a bit more." I was charged for an additional 24 hours. When I complanned, he suggested I keep the car longer, since I had to pay for it anyway!
Pros:Price was one quarter of the competition for a rental in Miami returning in Oklahoma City.
