Luka and Shane are excellent hosts, if you have a chance to visit this hotel when traveling through Cincinnati, do it. It has excellent character, the rooms and beds are lovely. And there are fantastic lounge and restaurant areas with regular live music.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The entertainment was wonderful. Located on the streetcar line with lots to do in the neighborhood. Diner was amazing.

Poor mirrors way too high .poor pillows. Overly scented softener used in laundry. No where to hang towels. 4 am fire alarm but no explanation and no fire department.

Really appreciated the enthusiasm of Luka, our host. His knowledge of the area included valuable suggestions regarding use of the Connector, enjoyment of Washington Park, and prompted our visit to Findlay Market (via Connector). So very warm and helpful. Also enjoyed the roof garden at sunset. Note photo of an enormous catalpa tree in Washington Park, historic and lively place for all ages ... plus dogs!
Looking forward to greater development of the history museum at Union Terminal. Symphony Hotel is a great location for visiting the Cincinnati Museum Center, but CMC needs better signage and way-finding.

Great & very interesting decor. Room was well appointed. Staff was excellent - attentive and friendly. Quiet.
First impression of the area was concerning, but in the end seemed fine. The area is up and coming and the hotel sits on the border between what is already up and what is coming. Bed was way too soft (backache soft).
