The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast staff, the worst was the front desk both morning and night very unprofessional and not friendly at all.
The women at the front desk were very unfriendly and not accommodating at all to the point of being rude. Very disappointing worst experience at a Crown Plaza in my forty years of traveling.

Clean room and fresh sheets was very inviting. Loved the room darkening curtains and ability to keenly cool room fast.
Would have liked the breakfast to be complimentary. We were ok Valet parking but being charged for valet and breakfast with a hefty price tag for room.
