It was extremely busy however every person on line was “priority@ except me. So every time they called someone new it was “priority”. I ended up getting passed by a lot of people and waiting for longer than I felt necessary for my car. So that felt like an insult because I am not priority because I never travel because I am a teacher. So how about we start prioritizing teachers and stop prioritizing business people. Thanks

Pros:

The location is closed. Couldn’t get my car. Called enterprise, they told me I had to go to the Cocoa location 7 miles away. Not impressed.

The worst experience I have ever had with a rental car. Long wait time to get car, charged for a car seat when I didn’t have one. Then to top it off the vehicle was infested with German roaches. Spent hours inspecting our luggage’s and throwing away belongings that were infested with the roaches.

Awful experience!! A nightmare! Waited and waited in line only to have no 7 passenger vehicle available which is what I reserved. People were so upset. If I rent again I won’t be going with hertz.

Supplier choice

the car was not available at the scheduled pickup time. I had to wait 80 minutes for a car to be returned and cleaned. There were 4 other people in front of me waiting for a car to become available

The pick up agency tried to rent me the wrong size class car, and if I hadn't called them out on it, would have been charged for the smallest car they had when infect I paid for bigger.

Great staff, easy pickup and drop-off, no issues and good clean cars

Better signage in cape Canaveral location, but it's only due to hurricane damage - so understandable
