Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to their destinations and business needs. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as dirt, mold, and unpleasant odors. Breakfast offerings were also a common point of criticism, with guests describing them as minimal, poorly stocked, or unsatisfactory. While some staff were described as friendly and helpful, there were also complaints about unhelpful or unfriendly service. Overall, the location is a highlight, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
