Pros (+) Staff were brilliant especially reception team. An amazing Jamaican lady who was fantastic when we arrived and our booking wasn’t on your system. A potentially very upsetting and embarrassing situation was turned into a highlight of the trip by this lady. A real asset!
Cons (-) Staff in restaurant in jeans- just didn’t look right! Obviously this is just my opinion. Pool changing facilities cold, dirty, no hairdryer, locker didn’t use new pound coins so I couldn’t use it.
