Pros (+) We often find reason to visit OWU in Delaware. I stayed here due to the reviews and have no regrets- we will be back. This facility is a few blocks from campus. It is clean, the room was large and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. They even had the small kitchenette type setup that can make trips easier. There was plenty of hot water and parking.
Cons (-) A cautionary note for those with mobility issues, there was a 1-2 inch difference between the floor outside and inside the bathroom, this was covered well by a wood piece but may be a problem for some. There was a very basic breakfast, and some lounge chairs outside the room. This is not a resort.
