10.0 Excellent
Pros: I booked superior double room with patio view and this hotel upgraded our room to junior suite. It has two separated bathroom with huge bathtub, little kitchen, nice table, closet and etc. Staff were super friendly. I definitely want to stay here again in the future.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is in an attractive turn of the century building, recently and very well updated. It's location is a little bit off the beaten track, but you know that when you book. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and pleasantly warm for our January visit. Bathroom looked like new. Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt it gave us good value for money
Cons: It was a little hard to spot - but the unobtrusive sign is in keeping with the architecture, with GPS it was easily resolved!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: nice area, close to the center (walking distance). rooms are also very nice and clean, they have coffee and tea available all the time and the rooms are quite new and look nice
Cons: bed was a little uncomfortable, we didn’t sleep very good. also the bathroom with the toilet was so tiny, my boyfriend had to sit sidewards
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were super friendly and professional. I felt very taken care of. They leave fresh linen for you if you have the "don't disturb" sign up, and I was greeted happily by every staff member that I passed. It's close to the tram line 9, and about a 10 minute walk into the busier part of the city. There is an Albert grocery store 2 minutes walk behind the hotel. It's located in a safe neighborhood amongst all of the embassies. The room was beautiful and large. I didn't have a hair dryer in my room, however there was an ironing board and a selection of pillows to choose from if needed. There is a modest sized parking lot in the back too.
Cons: There was construction taking place that i wasn't given any prior warning about. I was in the last room at the end of the hall, and I couldn't tell if it was taking place immediately next door or above, but it was startlingly loud. From very early in the morning like around 8 am. I would have just loved to be told in advance instead of waking up to someone smashing the wall directly behind my head.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the edge of the city centre.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bed and view was nice
Cons: They should really maintain their iPad function. It was broken too often. Was like every 4-5 times a day. We had to restart over and over again.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was small but the bed was large and comfortable. The view from the room was amazing! We were fortunate to get one of their parking spaces( they only have 13).
Cons: The room was small but not bad. The Apple iPad to run the TV, blinds, and lights wouldn't turn on at first but I called the front desk and she told me how to reset it. It worked fine after that
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the breakfast is amazing! and the employees are very kind and helpful. You can print and use computer at the reception level and self-check-in/out. It is very close to the famous market and very safe. SInce CitizenM is a partner of the arts festival, I also got a free ticket to visit the arts festival.
Cons: I can hear the other room guest having sex when I was in rest. at night. And every night..... The control system by the pad can also be dysfunction
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room. Great location. Not a lot of space, but all the conveniences you would need. Good design planning. Good check in. Great decor. Clean!! Hotel bar was very nice as well. Staff was all really great.
Cons: a bit crowded for two large suitcases, but we made it work!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room (especially for Europe) with nice furnishings and linens.
Cons: Hotel has a very business feel to it (which is good) with lots of 220v outlets, but lacked direct USB outlets for a traveler from the US - fortunately, I had a travel transformer for my phone, but an alarm clock or outlet bank with USB connection would be helpful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast selection is very good
Cons: Same issue we saw last time. In the Spark bar, if you sit in the comfy booths, the bar staff cannot see you and so it’s difficult to get an order or extra drinks.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Both room and breakfast were superb. I liked everything
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very welcoming, the room was nice, spacious, the bathroom is super comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. Overall the hotel is wonderful
Cons: I went to have a drink at the bar and they made me the most horrible caipirinha I’ve ever had. It was awful. In addition, they had an artist perform live music; he shouldn’t quit his day job...it was a total buzzkill

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely old historic hotel; atmospheric public areas. Comfortable bed and lovely fine bedlinens, but pillows a bit hard; I asked for a feather pillow ( I think these should be on hand in the wardrobe) Good bathroom. Very helpful staff. Quiet central location.
Cons: Breakfast disappointing and overpriced . Yogurt was packaged ( Danone) Orange juice was not fresh squeezed ( I asked and was told not fresh) A hotel of this standard should offer fresh orange juice. Ham slices all stuck together in a mat as though a package had just been emptied onto the plate. bread choice just OK

7.0 Good
Pros: The duvet and pillows were amazing! Loved the whole luxury feel of the hotel when I entered as well.
Cons: The receptionist told us the wrong time for breakfast, so we missed it. The check out time was far to early - the room was booked for a day (24 hours) should be able to check out 24 hours later.

7.0 Good
Pros: Spacious and cozy. Lovely decoration. Good natural light and ventilation. Quite neighbourhood. Friendly staffs
Cons: Sound proofs maybe improved as it’s annoying when it’s noisy on the upper floor especially at night. TV switches off automatically every 30 minutes approximately. It wasn’t fix till the end of trip. Dirt in the boiler, coffee marks in the cup

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the Mainport Design Hotel in Rotterdam is a thoughtful, and comfortable design experience. From it's location overlooking the historic harbor and adjacent to the Erasmus Bridge to position next to the Tram transit stop...is a well connected position in Rotterdam. My room was very comfortable and a high-design style. Service was excellent throughout, not stuffy or pretentious, but well mannered and accessible. Some 5-star hotels trying too hard to be exceptional, making the visitor feel like it's a privilege just being a guest. But I felt that the hotel and staff really are proud of their facility and are eager to share the good vibe with their clients.
Cons: Only getting to stay two nights.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, size of rooms
Cons: Over decorated, bit to dark
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The sauna didn’t work and leaked all the water in the bathroom, hair found in the bathtub. It’s a way overpriced hotel for the offered commodities.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very handsome and very well located. It was easy to walk everywhere we wished to go. The staff were very helpful and kind.
Cons: My husband wished that the hotel breakfast had a few more options.

Pros: Reception handled the sudden full booking of the hotel very professionally. Great location right within the city center.
Cons: Having stayed in a room without A/C on what was one of the hottest days in Holland was a bit uncomfortable. While opening the windows helped with getting some fresh air, the outside noise couldn't be prevented from coming in as well.
7.0 Good
Pros: The receptionist was very welcoming. We loved the location, with lots of eating places very close by, and we were very pleased with the view from our large room on the first floor ( room 12). The hotel is in a very old building connected with Vermeer’s family. Everything was spotless.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building in a very good location with amazing staff, extremely friendly and helpful. and the food was very nice.
Cons: really can not find any negatives.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Initially based on the exterior of the hotel in amongst it's surroundings of modern design building i feared what to expect inside. Is it going to be a dive or is it theme? Well, it's the latter and done very well. From the entrance door, grand hallway, open stairwells and fantastically spacious and decorated bedrooms it was a pleasant surprise. It was also very good value. The bar area and restaurant continued with the authentic theme and were busy...which probably tells you all you need to know. On this occasion I stayed for work. I'd go back socially. It also had the dock for the river taxi next to the hotel to enable you to sail across to the centre of Rotterdam from the peninsula the hotel is situated on.
Cons: Honestly. Nothing. I was really impressed. The porthole window in the toilet door may put some people off....but it may excite others. NOTE: Read the parking instructions sent with your booking instructions. You will need to pop into reception and tell them where you intend to park and they will print out a QR code for you to scan at the car park gate. The parking is third party either via the underground car park or pay and display both directly outside the hotel. We managed to use the underground car park without any problems and that was on a busy Friday night with a very large corporate event 100 yards away so should be OK for 99% of the time. So this really isn't a negative. Parking is about €22 a night though.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect bed and bed linens. wonderful view. really good breakfast. nice bar for the evening. very friendly and helpful staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was perfect. Quality of the dinner poor.
Cons: Choice of meals for dinner and quality of the meals.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a beautiful hotel in an historic building, the rooms are beautiful, and the food and cocktails are great. It was an amazing experience!

Pros: Cleanliness, location
Cons: Staff ignores when you have the "do not disturb sign" on and tried to enter on three different occasions, breaking the internal lock. Other than that, room is small and higher price for double bed compared to twin bed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and location of the hotel is very convenient.Staff is extremely kind and helpful. They also have delicious breakfasts.
Cons: One cushion at the bed in the room was a little bit dirty.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Leeuwenbrug was the nicest, most comfortable and well thought out hotel in Europe that I've been in over ~50 years of travel. This includes those that have cost several times more (because they were charged to business accounts.) The tourist part of Delft, Oude Delft, is a physically small area. Because of the hotel location, we were able to walk everywhere conveniently. The hotel had been converted from an individual home and appeared to be newly renovated and very well maintained. The room was more comfortable and had more amenities than usual: electric beds with adjustable headboards that would go up and down, easily enabling reading while sitting up in bed; good lighting in every area of the room/bathroom; 19… yes, 19, not a typo… electrical outlets to plug in electronics; an electric kettle with in-room coffee/tea; an abundance of closet space with hangers; a desk with two comfortable chairs that were on wheels… I could go on, but won't. Breakfast, included in the cost of the room, went way beyond a "typical Dutch" one, with different kinds of meat, fish, cheese, eggs, breads and cereals, fresh fruit, juice, little boxes of chocolate sprinkles, warm crèpes with different toppings, good/real coffee and more. Staff, with one exception, were friendly and helpful. Strong suggestion: In retrospect, if I were to go in Amsterdam again… which we did, staying in a rented airbnb apartment for five days… I would instead stay at this hotel and make the fast and easy commute into the city. While the Amsterdam tram system is excellent, the commute time from our apartment (that bordered on Vondel Park) to most places in the city was just slightly less than the ride to Delft and back. The tranquility of Delft vs. the chaos of Amsterdam would be well worth it.

Cons: The toilet flush wasn’t great!

Pros: Room was a 3 level suite with a kitchen. Everything you would want for a short or long stay. Lots of sunshine coming in from floor to ceiling Windows. Very clean and almost too warm but opening the door to the patio ( yes, it also had a patio! ). Bathroom was spacious and well equipped.
Cons: Internet went out first night but I was able to locate modem and a reboot got the Internet up and running. Staff on hand did not have a clue how or where to fix it
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Localtion was good and it is a nice hotel
Cons: The stairs - difficult with luggage
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the room, I didn't expect that it was a whole studio with its own living room (couch, eating table, kitchen, dishwasher, ...). The location is really nice ! Really close to the train station and the city center.
Cons: If I really had to find something, maybe some more dishes would be great. I think I have only seen one pan. To cook a whole meal, it could be maybe better to have some more.
