clean, beth supply, towels availability
Not all jets were working on all jacuzzi. Bed linens were not stroked.
Merecle Hot Springs
mineral hot spring fed pools were what the doctor ordered.
(1) being left ringing or hung-up by front desk. (2) not all pools were working creating crowding at other pools (3) dated, 30yrs, unit interiors .. plastic plants in imitation wicker
The masseuse ( Summer) was good but the cost was overpriced
Hotel filthy food in restaurant horrible old grease smell & taste
Loved the 24 hour pools/jacuzzis. We came here for a mini getaway to relax. Nice environment. Stayed in the pools till 2am. Room was clean and comfortable. Capri restaurant had great food and good prices.
riped out by kayak. com and Hotwire.com
Loved the pools
booked with kayak and Hotwire made it seem like we were getting a deal but when we got to hotel found out that the cost of rooms were not a deal and if I would of booked direct with hotel because I booked 4 rooms would of gotten a better deal. Others staying at hotel said that they got a one day and second day half off. Will never use Kayak or hotline.. Should of booked with Hotel.
rooms were clean staff there was very helpful and nice.
the building itself needs some work. pool was very crowded. wish they had a music policy as there were some people playing loud music by the pool that probably wasn't conducive to the liking of everyone at the pool. better to allow no one to play music. the water was also a bit murky. not sure if that's how the water was supposed to look but made me a little hesitant to jump in.
Older facility completely outdated.
The only thing I can say we liked about the place was that the pools were 24 hour.
The 8 "pools" were actually 1 small pool with 8 Jacuzzis in various sized. For a spa hotel, the pools were filled with kids. There was no hotel supervision for the pool. I had to go to front desk more than once to ask them to have kids refrain from high powered squirt guns in the pool. The pool towels had to be requested at the front desk. Finally on our 3rd try did we get towels, they had run out. We also asked our maid for a couple extra towels since we had to use bath towels at pool & she didn't have any either. We would never stay here again.
