Pros:Everything was Great. Fast service, nice clean car.Cons:I got a free upgrade and was told when handed the keys. It would be better to ask if the customer wants an upgrade and what type of car rather than the brand. I had a gas guzzler SUV. I could have changed it but found out when I saw the car in the lot, and didn't want to spend more time... I would have preferred an economical one.Reviewed 28 Apr. 2018
