Pros:The rooms were fairly big. We got a kitchenette & it was stocked pretty good with pots, pans, cutlery etc. we could park right outside our room which made it easy for loading & unloading. The restaurant onsite had average pricing, it filled up by 9 everyday we were there. The best part was the location, the Royal Tyrell Museum was on the same road & only about 15 minutes away. There is a mini golf & bumper boats about a 5 minute walk beside the motel. The problem though is there hours, they didn't open till 11 & closed at 5. We were looking for something to do after supper so never could play it. Most of Drumheller seems to close at 5 according to the internet.
Cons:The wifi is extremely slow. I complained about it & was told it was to many people in it. That's not the case, it was slow after midnight as well & my phone was recommending & better router. They have 4 wifi connections, I used my phone data because it wouldn't even load facebook. The rooms were cleaned but I'm sure how well. There was a squished moth on the ceiling when we got there, that tells me they're on auto pilot when cleaning. We had no problem with check-in but our daughter did. She checked in & the lady didn't even give them a key until my daughter asked. I realized that's all she got, 1 key, no remotes & no second key. When my daughter went to ask about this the lady said "you only asked for a key". I don't know why she thought she didn't want the remotes & a second key; would've my daughter of been charged for not handing them in? Even though we could park outside our door the spots aren't assigned. We did come back once to find another vehicle parked there. Luckily it wasn't during the busy restaurant time or we wouldn't of been able to park anywhere near the room. If the wifi was upgraded & the parking was assigned I would've gave this a higher rating.

Pros:The staff were great people. WHIFS had fantastic breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons:The hotel could badly use a renovation, but it's been well cared for and it is clean

Pros:The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Even though wi-fi did not reach room the service offered by the manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons:Wi-Fi did not reach my room as it was the farthest from their router. The manager did warn me about this in advance and offered to move me to another room the next day if I desired.
