CarTrawler is a fraudulent company - bait & switch. You support them.Pros:I got the car I ordered after threatening to go to the ACCC. I did then follow through as it is illegal to use a bait and switch model which CarTrawler employs: advertise a top model car at a heavily discounted price and when then IMMEDIATELY supply another cheaper vehicle. Fraudulent. I hope you are fined or banned from the Australian market for being a part of this deceptive behaviour.Cons:I liked the car but it took several hours of phone calls to the fraudulent companies involved, three of them, to force their hand.Reviewed 17 Jun. 2018

Pros:The staff goes above and beyond to help you out whenever there’s an issue, and they are so courteous when doing so!!! You really are feeling very well looked after! 100% would recommend and will be back there again!Cons:Nothing at all, top notch service!!!Reviewed 11 Nov. 2019
