Great place friendly owner and staff good price great breakfast just a fab weekend
The staff, were very helpful, going out of their way to assist and make sure that the requirements were met, including going out of their way to provide additional equipment.
The only drawback is the parking, which is on the street, and the local are is exceptional busy, so it can take some time to find a space.
The location was perfect for enjoying Eastbourne and a good old walk on the prom. Although the room was an economy room, it certainly met our needs, Very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was great, cooked to order and nice and hot. As much as you like for cereal, fruit juice, toast and yogurt. Plenty of tea and freshly brewed coffee.
When we arrived the room was really cold as the heating was not on and considering the time of year, November, the heating went off overnight and getting warm after such a cold start was difficult.
Very down to earth, friendly, easy to get on with and talk to.
Nice cooked breakfast. Nice range of other things which I was free to have as well
