Pros:The location is good beds were fine but there are no updates in the hotel
Cons:But hotel absolutely has nothing offered if they are so worried about Covid they could still go above and beyond with customer service, many families have not been able to take time away with their family they have no cookies which people have come to expect at the Doubletree. They could easily individually wrap them and hand them to people as they check in since they are handing them cards, they do not offer any water or coffee in the lobby area anymore if they are worried about that they could still leave a bottle or two of water in the rooms there is simply nothing being offered for the money, and the hotel needs lots of upgrades the bathroom That hotel absolutely has nothing offered if they are so worried about Covid they could still go above and beyond with customer service, many families have not been able to take time away with their family they have no cookies which people have come to expect at the Doubletree. Pros:Nothing, didn’t even stay and was charged for the whole trip.

Pros:Proximity to highway and the office was good.
Cons:The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was so small that the door couldn't get out of the way of the toilet and shower curtain rod, unless closed. Breakfast that I normally get free from a sister Hilton hotel nearby was exactly the same and $15, but the coffee was absolutely horrible. I asked for it to be billed to my hotel room so it was on the same bill but instead they sent me another separate bill.

Pros:I loved the welcome chocolate chip cookies. That was absolutely such a wonderful thank you for staying at our hotel. Everyone was very courteous and there was a wedding party staying there also. Definitely a wonderful experience and will definitely stay again! Kaelynn was super accommodating to my parents whom both walk with canes! Their room was close to the elevator as I requested. Just a welcoming staff!
Pros:Very clean, 15 min drive to the beach, nice pool, right off the highway.
Cons:All outside/back/side doors leading into the hotel are open at all times of the day and night and where they have it set to be keycard access only its always unlocked and open anyone can walk in, which made me a little nervous.
