Pros. The location is good beds were fine but there are no updates in the hotel
Cons. But hotel absolutely has nothing offered if they are so worried about Covid they could still go above and beyond with customer service, many families have not been able to take time away with their family they have no cookies which people have come to expect at the Doubletree. They could easily individually wrap them and hand them to people as they check in since they are handing them cards, they do not offer any water or coffee in the lobby area anymore if they are worried about that they could still leave a bottle or two of water in the rooms there is simply nothing being offered for the money, and the hotel needs lots of upgrades the bathroom That hotel absolutely has nothing offered if they are so worried about Covid they could still go above and beyond with customer service, many families have not been able to take time away with their family they have no cookies which people have come to expect at the Doubletree.
