PerfectPros:Sam was extremely helpful and made the pickup and drop off experiences the best I have ever had from a car rental company. The car was excellent. Even though enterprise is listed as an off airport shuttle in Bismarck, it is not. It’s located in baggage claim and the cars are right outside the door.Cons:Nothing. The pickup and drop off were both very quick and everything went smoothly.Reviewed 28 Dec. 2018

UnderstaffedPros:The car was pretty goodCons:Whoever manages this place needs to hire more people so when flights get delayed the poor counter person doesn't get slammed. This is North Dakota. In Winter. Flights will get delayed and it's unfair to everyone to have one single person working the desk and 30 people waiting in line from 3 flights. Enterprise is generally a pretty good franchise but this one really needs to hire more people, as does the airport.Reviewed 10 Dec. 2016
