Pros:The car was clean and in great running condition.Cons:When I booked this vehicle, I had set the pickup location to RSW Airport. The car was a 28 minute uber away from the airport, which cost me additional money. When I asked if I could return it to the airport, they said no. This required us to leave the hotel an hour earlier to get the car dropped off and get a ride to the airport before we left. The staff at Enterprise wasn't rude, but they weren't friendly either. I don't generally write bad reviews, but it was very irritating that I booked a vehicle to be picked up at the airport and was not informed that the location that they reserved was not at the airport. I put that fault on KAYAK and not Enterprise.Reviewed 24 May 2021

Cons:The car was over $1000 for dodge minivan 1 week. It was filthy, scratched and smelled like smoke. No washer fluid in the car. Had to Uber to the enterprise location and back.Reviewed 11 Apr. 2021

Cons:Staff was not accommodating and rude.. came to visit my family due to a death and the manager had a problem picking the car up from our hotel. Our fight was stepped up due to weather and I did not have time to drop off the car.. I have never dealt with such rude staff.. Arrived and had to wait for the staff to clean a car. Back in Boston never a problem dealing with staff always friendly and accommodating..Reviewed 2 Apr. 2021
