Pick up was great. The next day we had low air pressure so went back (since we were still in town) and had them put air in (due to air temp getting cooler) they did a great job. Vehicle was good. Dropping off was a little confusing because there was only a dropbox in the middle of the day but we figured it out. Car was expensive.Reviewed 26 Sep. 2022

I was scheduled to drop off the car early Sunday morning, and the worker told me I would have to drop the keys off in the box because they wouldn't be opened. I asked what about the walk around to make sure I didn't damage the car he said they wouldn't be able to do it since they aren't open at all that day. I wanted to know what happens if the car was damaged after I dropped it off and he said I would be liable even if I took videos/pictures and I could add an extra day (at my own cost) if I wanted to. He even went on to say it's never happened yet but he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't (meaning damage to the vehicle in the parking lot). I don't appreciate this since it was in a parking lot that is accessible to other companies. I only paid for the car until Sunday at 9 am I should not be responsible for the car after that time especially when I don't have access to the vehicle after that point. The car itself was fine. Good mileage, comfortable and easy to drive. Though I kept hitting my head on the ceiling because I wasn't used to it.Reviewed 23 Sep. 2021
