Nice staff - excellent to deal with
Pros: They were great to deal with, and I ended up with a very nice upgrade. And no hard upsales like some places...which I really value.
Cons: The only issue I have is that the University Ave location closed at 6:00pm, and my flight was late so I needed to wait a day to get car. They should be open much later in the summer tourist season at least.

Pros: Quick service, ride to airport was a plus. Super nice people to deal with.
Cons: Selection of cars, I had requested for a sedan, but ended up with hatchback.

Pay more attention to locations
Pros: Counter service at enterprise was excellent
Cons: Even after a confirmation call two days prior to my trip, the kayak reps assured me that I was renting from the airport when in fact it was downtown Charlottetown. This caused me to have both a financial and time delay in getting to my destination.

Did not get the car - it had been given away.
Cons: When I reserved the car the pick-up time was accepted as noon on a Saturday. Due to a delay in the flight (we got to our hotel at 4 am with 2 young kids) we arrived at 12:35. The car rental office was closed, and would not reopen until Monday at 8 am. We called the Enterprise main phone number and explained the situation and was told there was nothing they could do. We left a message that we would return on Monday morning (after spending $250 on cab fees) to get the car. We arrived on Monday morning and our car had been put back in the system and was not available. A great start to our trip. Although I do understand we were late as we did not expect an office to be closed at noon at the height of summer, Enterprise has done nothing to address what happened. I do not think a noon pick-up time is acceptable when the office closes at noon. Very disappointed.
