Pros: Staff was awesome. I did not know that the franchises were different. I will be going to Davis rather than Vacaville from now on.
Cons: As a member of the California Bar, I should have got an added discount.

Would not give me the car
Pros: My review is for Enterprise, NOT KAYAK. Kayak is great.
Cons: However, when I showed up to get the car, which I needed for a job interview near where I'm moving, my reservation was acknowledged and I was told "we don't have enough cars to fill the reservations." I left without the car and had to miss my interview. When I called corporate, they contacted the store I went to and were told that, actually, no one has come into the store and they don't remember having a conversation me. Their system showed that there were cars and that I had one reserved. But they continued to deny that I had even been in there. Very ridiculous, unprofessional, and I was not given any resolution.

Cons: In general I am very unhappy with the service, and do no intend to rent a car at enterprise again. The credit card device wasn't working properly, I've mentioned several times that my credit card was ok, but the attendant was very rude, and gave me the impression that I was lying about it. At the end we use another credit card device and worked.

Pros: Pick up and drop off was very quick, I was in and out in less than 15 min both times. I paid $180 total for a week long rental of an economy car, which I thought was a very good value.
Cons: Economy car is economy. No remote door locks, very tiny car, lots of road noise, but what do you expect when renting this cheaply? On the plus side I ended up with a car that had XM radio. Usually this would cost an extra $6 per day, but I didn't ask for it so I didn't pay for it.

Excellent service.
Pros: Easy pick-up and drop-off. Good price for day of rental. Friendly staff.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the pressure to take insurance from the car rental company. I didn't need it, I shouldn't have to tell you three or four times that I don't want it.
